Official government agency filing fees, state regulatory fees, and franchise taxes are separate and distinct from our service fees. Clients are responsible for all applicable government fees, which will be itemized and disclosed transparently.

You are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and lawful information (such as desired company names, ownership structures, and identification) required for us to fulfill your filing requests. Frontier Tax Consulting Inc is not liable for filing delays, rejections, or errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.
5. Limitation of Liability
While our registered CPAs provide professional and diligent assistance, we do not guarantee specific processing timelines of government agencies, as state and federal processing times fluctuate outside of our control.
